By using this website and engaging in services through Shekinah Hope Therapy, you agree to the following:

1. Services

All counseling sessions are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms and are intended for clients located in Florida or Texas.

2. No Emergency Services

Shekinah Hope Therapy does not offer emergency mental health services. In a crisis, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.

3. Payment & Fees

Fees are due at the time of booking or as otherwise arranged. Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and third-party processors.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Shekinah Hope Therapy and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
